When you are freshly out of the college there are several expectations and assumptions about workplaces. Some may be true but others may not be true. Some of the office myths are busted here:
If an office has 8 hours shift the employees probably may take more breaks to refresh themselves. Instead, if you have short working hours, then they may take small and fewer number of breaks.
Besides, if employees cannot beat extreme stress at workplace they will not hesitate to drop in their resignation.
Compelling them or stressing them may possibly have adverse effects on their work. Besides, marking their move every second would be more like encroaching in their private space which may hamper their productivity.
A team consists of different kinds of individuals and they have their own set of working pattern, so bringing them on the same page is a tricky task. It is not mandatory that every manager possess this quality.
On the other hand, if individuals like their job, they will be more enthusiastic and dedicated towards their work.
